We want you to feel confident enrolling. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Impact Selling Academy.
We offer a 30-day refund from the date of purchase.
If you decide the program is not the right fit within 30 days, you may request a refund as described below.

2. Immediate access (important)
Access to the course is provided immediately after purchase.
Even with immediate access, we still offer the 30-day refund policy described in this document, in addition to any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@impactsellingacademy.com within 30 days of purchase and include:
your full name,
the email address used at checkout, and
your order confirmation or transaction reference.
We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase.
4. How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
Stripe: refunds are issued through Stripe to the original method used.
TWINT: refunds are processed via the available method under our payment configuration. If an original-method refund is not possible, we may request bank details to complete a refund via transfer.
Timing: Refunds are typically processed within [10-15 business days] after approval (payment provider timelines can vary).
5. Fair-use limitations (anti-abuse)
To keep this policy fair for everyone, we may refuse a refund request if we reasonably believe:
the request involves fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund behaviour.
the content has been copied, shared, redistributed, or resold; or
the account has been shared or used in a way that breaches our Terms.
This section does not limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory law.
6.One-time purchases
This refund policy applies to one-time purchases of Impact Selling Academy unless a different policy is clearly stated at checkout for a specific offer.
