  • Purchase and billing data (invoices, transaction references; we do not store full payment card details)

  • Course participation data (progress, module completion, responses if you use quizzes/forms)

  • Technical data (IP address, device type, browser type, OS, time zone, referral source)

  • Usage data (pages viewed, clicks, interactions)

1.3 How and why we use your data (purposes) 

We process personal data to: 

  • Provide and administer the Services (account creation, course delivery via Systeme.io

  • Process payments and manage orders (Stripe, TWINT) 

  • Provide customer support and communicate service updates 

  • Improve website performance and user experience (Google Analytics) 

  • Deliver marketing and advertising (Meta Pixel), where permitted/consented 

  • Ensure security, prevent fraud, and enforce Terms 

  • Comply with legal obligations (accounting/tax, dispute handling)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on: 

  • Contract (to deliver the course and Services you purchased) 

  • Legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, service improvement, basic analytics)

3. Processors and third parties we share data with 

We share data with service providers as needed to operate the Services, including: 

5.1 Course platform/website operations 

  • Systeme.io (hosting, course delivery, email automation, landing pages/forms) 

5.2 Payment processing 

  • Stripe 

  • TWINT 
    (These providers process payment details and may act as independent controllers for parts of their processing.)

     

5.3 Analytics and advertising 

  • Google Analytics (website analytics) 

  • Meta Pixel (advertising measurement and audience targeting) 

    We require processors to protect data and process it only under our instructions, where applicable.

4. Cookies and tracking 

We use cookies and similar technologies for: 

  • Essential: security, authentication, core site functions 

  • Analytics: understanding site usage (Google Analytics) 

  • Marketing: ad measurement and targeting (Meta Pixel)

The Services are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
